09 - 1 cup white chocolate chips, for melting
10 - 24 large white marshmallows
11 - 72 mini chocolate chips
12 - 48 chocolate melts or chocolate disks for paw pads
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well blended.
03 - In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
04 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract into the creamed butter mixture until fully combined.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until incorporated. Stir in milk.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. Flatten each slightly with the palm of your hand.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges turn a light golden color. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
08 - Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
09 - Spread a thin layer of melted white chocolate on each cooled cookie. Press a large marshmallow near the bottom edge to form the paw pad.
10 - Place three mini chocolate chips above each marshmallow for toes and add two chocolate melts or disks on each side of the marshmallow as side pads.
11 - Allow the decorations to set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until firm.
