01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 16 fresh mint leaves, washed and dried

05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How To Make It:
01 - Cut watermelon and feta cheese into even 1-inch cubes using a sharp knife and cutting board.
02 - Thread one watermelon cube, one mint leaf, and one feta cheese cube onto each skewer. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
03 - Arrange completed skewers on a serving platter in a single layer.
04 - Drizzle olive oil and, if desired, balsamic glaze over the skewers. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
05 - Serve immediately, or refrigerate assembled skewers for up to 1 hour before presentation.
