# How To Make It:
01 - Place chicken strips in a bowl and cover with buttermilk. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to tenderize and season the meat.
02 - In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to distribute seasonings evenly.
03 - Remove chicken strips from buttermilk and dredge each piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure complete coverage on all sides.
04 - Heat ½ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Working in batches to avoid crowding, fry chicken strips for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
05 - In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until ingredients are blended. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
