03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

05 - 1/2 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
06 - 2 slices cooked bacon or 2 breakfast sausage patties (optional; vegetarian alternative recommended)

09 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 2 teaspoons butter or oil
# How To Make It:
01 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
02 - Heat 1 teaspoon butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thawed hash browns and cook until golden and crispy, approximately 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Briefly warm each tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave or in a dry skillet to enhance pliability.
05 - Place a tortilla flat on a surface and envision it divided into four quadrants. Make a single cut from the center to the edge nearest to you, creating a flap.
06 - On the bottom left quadrant, spread scrambled eggs; on the bottom right, add hash browns. Place bacon or sausage (if used) on the top right quadrant, and scatter shredded cheddar cheese on the top left. Spoon salsa over preferred fillings.
07 - Fold the bottom left quadrant (eggs) upward over the top left (cheese), fold this over the top right (meat), and finally fold down over the bottom right (hash browns), forming a layered triangular wrap.
